Trouble sleeping?

Do you have trouble sleeping at night? Full of energy?. I have a solution that can help remedy this problem.


First, get out of bed and move around. Do what you need to do to get you out of that restless state.

The next step is to go to a mirror and stare directly into your beautiful eyes. This will  focus your attention and breathing back to a cyclical nature.

Do this for however long you wish, and then make your way back to your bed. You will find that it is much easier to go to sleep now. You will feel the peace return and you can breathe as one with the rest of the Universe and fall asleep.
